When we are living some moments, we think or at least hope that there will be many more of them. But the truth is we don't know what we have already done for the last time, who we have already met for the last time...

Mothers
My mother is a blackhole of objectivity. (because when it comes to her babies, she is all emotions and no objectivity.)
6 years
At times after falling to ashes, rising is the only option. At times what burns us, fuels us.
Clean-up
Rooms, cupboards, friendlists, phonebooks, mind, heart, thoughts, perspectives... Once in a while, everything requires a review or a clean-up. You never know what's gone unnoticed and is lurking in the back.
Pedestal
Problems arise when we keep trying to put people on a pedestal and they keep reminding us that they are only human.
Times, they are a-changing.
Log, waqt aur mausam badalte der nahin lagti. People, time (situation) and weather can change quickly and often, without notice.
Laugh out loud
When you laugh in the face of adversity, there will be some that will pull you down because they lack this strength/maturity. You should laugh out loud anyway.
A love-hate relationship
Six years ago on this day I had joined Evalueserve. Six years ago on this day Lehman Brothers had filed for bankruptcy. All we joked about was how, when the news spread, someone in FS group had pinged our COO (intending to ping his namesake) "B*****d sutta maarne chal!" So much has changed and so much hasn't. It is a Monday again. Some amazing people, some not so much. Some awesome days, some not so much. A love-hate relationship :)
Life doesn't get sarcasm.
Whenever I think, "This is too easy, what could possibly go wrong with it."... Life takes it as a challenge. :/
Bootstrapping
to bootstrap (v.) to start a self-sustaining process that is supposed to proceed without external input. Many a times in life we need to pick ourselves up... (Remember, you can use your shoe laces :D)
Time
Was enjoying the music when I realized Pardes came out 17 years ago and Taal came out 15 years ago!!?! *I feel you Joey!*
Happiness
We think, a soulmate, success, money, car and houses will bring us happiness, when really...... It's the other way around. Have a happy morning!
